The Digital School Districts Survey is conducted annually in partnership with the National School Boards Association (NSBA) in November-December. All U.S. public school districts are invited to participate in the study which examines how information technology is applied to improve service delivery and quality of education. At the conclusion, digitally-savvy districts receive spotlight coverage and national recognition. Top-ranked districts are honored at the NSBA Annual Conference and Exposition the following April.

The Digital Content and Curriculum Achievement Awards recognized U.S. K-12 schools and districts for their adoption and use of digital curriculum, comprehensive digital tools strategy and learning delivery and teacher/instructor skill with or through digital tools. The awards program, conducted for five years 2013 - 2017, was retired in September, 2017.
